Here is the tallan build that i use for PVP.For me is the best.Best combo for rogue is : rogue/mage ; rogue/priest; rogue/druid;.Worst enemy for you in arena are lock/druid.

Here`s some usefull macros For PVP:
  The main macro for cc the enemy is "focus macro" type:
/focus
This macro will let you to target one target on "focus" and you can cast spells on target without changeing target.

Blind macro, type:
/target focus
/cast Blind

Bandage macro, type
/target self
/use Bandage

Rogue is one of the best class heros for pvp.It`s very eazy to play with rogue,cuz in 70% of the situations you have the surprise.Any race can be rogue except Tauren and Draenei.For me best race for rogue is Human,cuz he get`s extra ability from race stealth detection increased and you can see first stelthed players.This is how look like my rogue.
